Honors & Awards

• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024)

2023-2024: Had a 79.45 stroke average over 22 rounds and 9 events... With one top-10 finish tying in first at the Emerald Coast Collegiate Classic (March 10-12) with a three-round, twenty one-over par 234 (80-79-75).

2022-2023: Did not compete. 

2021-2022: Competed in three tournaments and six rounds, posting a 77 stroke average...Compiled a pair of top-10 finishes, including a runner-up performance at the Midwest Classic (Oct. 18-19) with a two-round, 8-over par 148 (73-75)...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Bruner was a four-year member of the Washington High School girl's golf team. She was an All-State selection and First Team All Tournament. As a freshman, Bruner tied for first-place at the conference tournament and won it outright as a sophomore. She also finished in first place at regionals as a sophomore and was fourth at the state championship. Bruner has helped Washington HS to a sixth place finish at the Iowa State Girl's Golf Championship in 2019, regional championships in 2018 and 2019 and conference championships in 2018 and 2019. In the classroom, Bruner's been a two-time Iowa Girl's High School Athletic Union Distinguished in Academic Achievement recipient.

Personal: Daughter of Phillip and Amy Bruner...Majoring in biology.
