Accessibility (ADA) Seating
All UCM athletic venues are ADA accessible. Please contact the UCM Ticket Office with any specific accessibility need in advance of the event date to enable us to serve you better.

Elevators
Elevators in both the Audrey J. Walton Stadium football lobby and the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center are accessible for any handicapped guests. If you need help accessing your seat, please see a staff member for additional assistance.

Parking/Tailgating
Parking is free at all UCM home events. Tailgating is permitted in designated lots only.

Evacuation
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate the venue; fans will be given instructions via the public address system. Event personnel will help guide guests to the nearest exit.

Smoking
The University of Central Missouri is a tobacco free campus. There is no smoking allowed in any of the facilities or on the grounds of the campus.

First Aid
Guests needing assistance should seek out their nearest UCM event staff member.

Sport schedules will be released as they come available. For the most up to date schedules, scores, and results please visit www.ucmathletics.com.

Away Game Tickets
The UCM Ticket Office does not usually receive an allotment of tickets for regular season away games. Please contact the host school for ticket availability.
 
Lost and Found
If you find a lost item during an event, please bring it to the nearest UCM event staff member. Items found during football games will be held at the promotions and marketing table on the main concourse until the conclusion of the game. Items found at all other sporting events will be held at the box office. Upon completion of the event all lost and found items will be held in the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center, Ste 101.

Box Office and Will Call Hours and Information during Events
The main Football box office is located on the southwest corner of Audrey J. Walton Stadium. A secondary box office is located on the East side of Audrey J. Walton Stadium. The box office opens 90 minutes prior to game time, except for the Family Weekend and Homecoming games when the box office opens 2 hours prior to game time and is open through halftime.
The main Men’s and Women’s Basketball box office is located inside the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center front entrance. A secondary box office is located at the West entrance of the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center. The box office opens 60 minutes prior to game time and is open through halftime of the latest game.
The main Volleyball box office is located inside the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center front entrance. A secondary box office is located at the West entrance of the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center. The box office is open 60 minutes prior to game time until one hour after the match has started.
The Soccer box office is located just inside the entrance to the South Recreation Complex soccer field. The box office is open 60 minutes prior to match time and is open through halftime.
The Baseball box office is located just inside the entrance to Crane Stadium. The box office opens 60 minutes prior to game time and is open through the middle of the fifth inning.
The Softball box office is located just inside the entrance to the South Recreation Complex softball field. The box office opens 60 minutes prior to game time and is open through the middle of the fifth inning.

Gameday Event Policy
Unauthorized solicitation inside or outside the venue is prohibited. Throwing objects onto the playing surface is prohibited by state and local law. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of this license. Security measures used to help ensure the event is as safe as possible for participants in attendees may include pre-entry screening including but not limited to presence of security personnel, metal detector screening, restrictions on hand-carried items, and other measures as deemed reasonable and appropriate.

Spectator Removal
Management reserves the right to eject, and revoke any tickets to future events without refund, to any person who violates any of the terms or any state, local or federal laws. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and permanent revocation of this license.
 
Gameday Items Policy
Fan safety and enjoyment is our number one priority. As such we ask that you comply with all instructions from UCM staff and security. Visitors of UCM athletic events may bring a bag and a single unopened water bottle per visitor. All bags are subject to a search upon entry. Bags Necessary for Medical equipment will be searched. Diaper Bags will be searched and must accompany an age- appropriate child/individual. Blankets are permitted but are subject to security screening and cannot be inside a container or bag.

Clear Bag Policy (FOOTBALL GAMES ONLY)
  • Clear bags (typically made of plastic, vinyl or PVC) that are 12 x 6 x 12 inches or smaller will be permitted.  One-gallon, resealable, clear plastic storage bags are also allowed. Small bags, the size of a "clutch", no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches are also permitted. Finally, items purchased at the University Bookstore and carried in a bag from the bookstore will be allowed.
  • Fans will be allowed to bring in factory sealed full clear water bottles and empty clear plastic water containers. Exceptions will also be made for diaper bags for small children and medically necessary equipment. 
  • Prohibited bags include non-clear or oversized purses, backpacks, printed pattern plastic bags, tinted plastic bags, duffle bags, fanny packs, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, large totes and cases (for camera, binoculars, etc.). Clear water bottles that are not factory sealed may be brought in if they are empty. If there are contents in the bottle, fans will be asked to dispose of the contents before the come into the gate. Nonclear water bottles (including but limited to metal, tinted, or colored bottles) are not allowed.
The following items are also prohibited at all UCM sporting events:
Cans, bottles, open containers, coolers, laser pointers, stadium horns, bicycles and scooters, alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, pets/animals (excluding documented service animals), explosives, fireworks, and weapons of any kind (including those with a concealed permit), and any items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the management of the University of Central Missouri in their sole discretion.

Spectator Video and Distribution
Tickets offered and distributed may not be used for advertising, promotions, or other trade purposes without the expressed written consent of the University of Central Missouri. The license granted by a ticket is for the sole purpose of viewing an event(s) as an eyewitness. Any recording, use or reuse (live, delayed, or otherwise) of any portion of a University of Central Missouri Athletics event including without limitation; photographs, video, audio, written depiction or any other form of recording or transmission is prohibited without the expressed written consent from The University of Central Missouri Athletic Department. This prohibition includes but is not limited to use in editorial, or non- editorial, advertising, sales, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or merchandising.

Service Animal Policy
In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, visitors to UCM athletics events with disabilities may use a dog that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must directly be related to the guest's disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside any UCM athletic facility or event. Ticket Prices and Purchasing
Prices vary by event, age, seating selection, and more. Tickets are a revocable license. By acceptance of a ticket, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at this event whether occurring before, during, or after the game and agrees to accept all of the terms and conditions stated in the University of Central Missouri Athletic Policies and Information.

Adult/Senior/Youth: Tickets are available online and at the box office on game days. Adult tickets will be available for purchase for those between the ages of 18-60 years old. Senior tickets will be available for purchase for those aged 60 years and older. Youth tickets will be available for purchase for those accompanied by an adult and between the ages of 7-17 years old. Children ages 5 and under do not require a ticket to enter an athletic contest. Children seated with other adults who are in a reserved section of seating are expected to sit on an adult’s lap.
Faculty/Staff/Emeriti*:  All UCM faculty and staff members and their dependents receive complimentary admission to all home, regular season sporting events. This ticket type is only available at the box office on game days and requires individuals to present a valid UCM ID card in order to receive tickets. All tickets are valid for general admission seating only.

Military*: UCM Athletics is proud to offer all active and reserve military members and their dependents complimentary admission to all home, regular season sporting events. Members must present a valid military ID card or dependent card in order to receive tickets. All tickets are valid for general admission seating only.

Complimentary: Complimentary tickets are awarded to those that have been notified prior to an event, present a voucher redemption ticket, or have been added to lists approved by UCM Athletics. Complimentary tickets are only available at the box office on game days.

Player Pass List: Each athlete receives a set number of passes to each home game in their respective sports. Individuals listed on a players list will receive free entry to their athlete’s game. If a name is not on this list individuals will be required to purchase a ticket to enter. Individuals who have been named by UCM athletes to receive a ticket will pick up their ticket at the respective venue’s box office upon presentation of a valid ID. *These ticket types are allowed up to FOUR additional tickets (not including the purchasers). However, as we understand families do differ in size, these tickets are approved case by case.

Third Party Ticket Vendors
All valid tickets will be issued and sold only by the Department of Athletics of the University of Central Missouri or its designated agents. Tickets purchased from other sources will not be honored. Any person buying tickets from other outside sources does so at their own risk.

Student Ticket Information
All UCM who are enrolled in classes for the current semester are able to attend home, regular season events free of charge. All students must present a valid student ID to gain entry into the venue. Student tickets are valid for general admission only.

Payment for Tickets
Tickets will not be held without payment and may be subject to release. Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

All Sports Pass
The All Sports Pass provides entry into all home, regular season UCM Athletic events from fall to spring for the current school year. Each pass provides entry for one person to any of the general admission seating areas.

Season Tickets

Command Pass
The UCM Command Pass, initially created in the spring of 2012 to honor the leadership of Brig. Gen. Scott Vander Hamm, then the commander of the 509th Bomb Wing, allows all veterans, active military service members, guard, reservists, and their dependents (immediate family) free General Admission access to all Mules and Jennies home athletic events. To receive your military tickets, one must present a valid military ID card to the box office at the respective sports facility on gameday.

Will Call Policy
In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up.

Baseball and Softball Game Cancelation and Delay Policy
Game cancelations and/or postponement due to rain, inclement weather, or other reason(s) beyond
UCM Athletics’ control, Baseball and Softball tickets will not be refunded. Game changing events can be anything deemed ample for UCM Athletics to issue a cancelation or postponement. Events deemed ample include but are not limited to; any internal or external issue that will affect the safety of our fans, employees, coaches, and/or players such as weather, venue damage, equipment malfunctions, illnesses, etc.

Suite Information
Suites in the Audrey J. Walton Stadium are available for purchase on a yearly basis.

Mo’s Maniacs presented by Dairy Queen
Mo’s Maniacs is the official youth booster club of UCM Athletics. Membership is open to all children aged 14 and under. Memberships start at just $10 and include great benefits such as 50% off admission to all UCM home, regular season sporting events, a free small drink, cool gear, and more! NCAA Bylaws
The NCAA Bylaws prohibit any "special arrangement" by an institutional employee or booster to provide a prospective student-athlete, a student-athlete, or a friend or relative of a student athlete a benefit not expressly authorized by NCAA legislation.
