WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- Central Missouri Jennies Bowling honored seniors
Andrea Carolina Perez Perez and
Norma Alicia Romero Alarid at their last regular season home event, the Mid-America Individual Championship, Thursday, March 13. The competition consisted of a singles division, doubles division, and all events division.
In the singles division,
Andrea Carolina Perez Perez took first place with a three-game total of 658, averaging 219.3.
Haylee Bates was runner up, and
Cynthia Phillips and
Megan Lelli tied for third.
In the doubles division,
Andrea Carolina Perez Perez combined with
Julia Speich to win the division, averaging 198.8 pins over a six-game 1193 total.
For her performance in both doubles and singles play,
Andrea Carolina Perez Perez received the All-events title with a 1314 six-game total, averaging 219.0 for both events. Norma Romero Alarid came in second and Cythina Phillips rounded out the top three finalists.
Up next, the Jennies head to Quincy, Ill. Friday, Mar. 20 for the GLVC Conference Championship, hosted by Quincy University.
