DENTON, Texas -- No. 16-ranked University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf sits in eighth place after the first round of the DBU Classic at Wildhorse Golf Club Sunday, Sept. 15. The Jennies shot an 18-hole total of 294 (+6). Dallas Baptist University is currently leading the tournament at 277 (-11). 

Mia Rallo led the Jennies scoring with an 18-hole round score of 71 (-1), to finish in a tie for eighth after day one.

Junior Libby Green is currently in a tie for 16th after posting an 18-hole round score of 72 (Even Par), sophomore Maya McVey is currently tied for 42nd with an 18-hole, 3-over 75, senior Nicole Rallo is tied for 50th after an 18-hole, 4-over par 76, and redshirt junior Kiki Bruner is currently tied for 54th with an 18-hole, 5-over par 77, rounding out the Jennies scoring.  

The Jennies will play the second round of the three-day tournament Monday, Sept. 15.
