SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Central Missouri Mules cross country freshman Cosmas Kiprop and senior Cooper Palmer will compete in the 2024 NCAA-II Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 22.
 
The men's 10k race will take place at the Arcade Creek Cross Country Course in Sacramento, Calif beginning at noon (CST). A live web stream of the championships will occur on www.NCAA.com beginning at 12:00 p.m. (CST) until the conclusion of the awards ceremony.
 
Palmer, a native of Warrensburg, Mo., qualified for the national meet after placing 11^th with a time of 30:51.71, while Kiprop, a native of Kipkabus, Kenya, ran a personal-best time of 30:53.57 placing 14^th at the NCAA-II Central Region meet on Saturday, Nov. 9, from the Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course in Joplin, Mo.
