JOSEPH, Mo. --Â Central Missouri Mules Golf finished in a tie for fifth place at the Holiday Inn Express MWSU Men's Central Regional Preview at St. Joseph Country Club in St. Jospeh, Mo., Tuesday Oct. 8. The Mules posted a team score 287, 283, and final round score of 298 to finish with 54-hole score total of 868 (+16), tying with Winona State. Central Oklahoma won the tournament at 825 (-27).
The Mules were led by redshirt seniorÂ
Calvin Dillon (72,69,73) who finished in a tie for 14th with a 54-hole score total of 214 (+1), senior
Brooks Baldwin (73,69,74) finished in a tie for 18th after posting a 54-hole score total of 216 (+3).
Next for the Mules was sophomoreÂ
CJ Phillips (69,71,80) who finished in a tie for 33rd with a 54-hole score total of 220 (+7), junior
Nick Fallin (74,75,74) finished in a tie for 46th after posting a 54-hole score total of 223 (+10).
Rounding out the Mules scoring was freshman
Will Boyd (73,74,77) who finished tied for 51st with a 54-hole score total of 224 (+11).
Freshman
Lawson Barks (72,69,73) competed as an individual and finished in a tie for 14th after posting a 54-hole total score of 214 (+1).
The Mules will be back in action in Topeka, Kan., for the Washburn Invitational October 21-22.
