WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- Central Missouri Mules Wrestling dropped a hard fought dual to the Lopers of Nebraska-Kearney Saturday, Jan. 27 at the Multipurpose Building. The Mules were outscored 10-28 after the end of their 9 matches. Central Missouri's 10 points were garnered by three different Mules. 

First, at 149-pounds, Garrett Lyons clasped the Mules first win in an 8-2 decision over Kearney's Brody Arrants, giving the Mules three points.

Next, John Ridle tied the second highest score of the day with a 15-9 decision victory over Kearney's Kaden Hart to give the Mules three more.

The last win of the day was a bonus point victory from 184-pound Damon Ashworth. Ashworth earned a 15-2 major decision victory over Kearney's Billy Higgins, tying the second highest score of the day and adding four points to the Mules' final score.
