Both teams went open at 125 to start the dual.
Daide Agnew picked a 7-5 decision over Weston Cronan at 133 to give the Mules an early 3-0 lead.
Caleb Crabtree added to the Mules' lead with a 19-2 tech fall victory over Gunnar Smith at 141 to give the Mules an 8-0 lead.
The Tigers got on the board at 149 pounds with the Mules having to forfeit the weight class, cutting the lead to 8-6.
Ouachita Baptist took the lead at 157 when Sawyer Smith pinned
Zane Heiter at 2:36 to put the Tigers up 12-8.
Allan Person put the Mules back on top with a 20-5 tech fall victory over Collin Chambers at 165, giving the Mules a 13-12 lead.
Seventh-ranked
Archie Williams put the Mules up 18-12 with a 16-1 tech fall victory over Alex Pollack at 174 pounds.
At 184 pounds, Izaak Simar pinned
Tyler Nelson at 184 pounds in the second period to tie the dual up at 18.
The Tigers retook the lead at 197 when Austin Hailey scored a 16-5 major decision over
Robert Schneider to give them a 22-18 lead.
Ouachita secured their victory when Aaron Clayton won a 9-4 decision over
Nick Lovejoy at heavyweight to make the final score 25-18.
The Mules are back in action tomorrow afternoon as they travel to Edmond, Oklahoma to take on Central Oklahoma at 2 p.m.
