WARRENSBURG, Mo.-- Central Missouri (4-10, 0-2 MIAA) fell to Central Oklahoma (5-6, 2-2 MIAA) at home on Saturday afternoon. Evan Young (157) and Archie Williams (174) both had decision wins, while Nicholas Lovejoy (197) had a major decision in the 40-10 loss. 

Central Missouri left the first three bouts of the dual open, giving up 18 points to start. Central Oklahoma picked up another six points when Spencer Rutherford (149) pinned Ali Zantout at 0:48. Young stopped the Broncho momentum with a 3-2 decision against Jeromy Davenport, making the score 24-3. No. 1 Chris Watson (165) then pinned Zeb Spicer, who was wrestling up a weight class. Williams (174) took another three for the Mules with a 11-4 decision against Colton Gallo. Mike Boyd (184) was unable to score against Caleb Hawes, falling by an 8-0 major decision. Lovejoy earned the Central Missouri points of the dual, when he beat Marlon Houston by 11-0 major decision. In the final bout of the dual, Robert Schneider wrestled at heavyweight, and was pinned by Kyle Factor in the third period of the match. 

The Mules will host the Roger Denker Open in Warrensburg, Mo. on Sunday. The meet will begin at 10 a.m. in the UCM Multipurpose Building.
