Live StatsLast Week... The Jennies (15-8, 12-3 MIAA) hosted Emporia State and then-No. 8 Washburn last weekend. On Friday Emporia State beat Central Missouri in five, 21-25, 22-25, 24-18, 2512, 13-15. The Jennies then swept Washburn, 25-22, 25-22, 25-21, on Saturday. Central Missouri hit .220, with 14.12 kills, 2.31 blocks, 12.62 assists, and 18.38 digs per set.Â
Haley Thompson had the most points against Emporia State. Through five sets, she had 15 kills, with a .324 hitting percentage, and six blocks.
Carly Sojka had the most kills on the team (17), and hit .286, with 16 digs.
Kourtney Thompson had a team-high 17 digs, with 51 assists, six kills and three blocks. After dropping the first two sets,
Annie Reilly started to play front row, and
Shelby Winkelmann took over as libero. Reilly also had 16 digs, with a career-high five kills. She had 25 receptions, and did not have a receiving error on the match. Winkelmann had seven kills, and hit .429, with nine digs and a perfect reception percentage off 18 attempts.
Mackenzie Harding and
Lauren Dudgeon also saw a significant amount of time on the court after the second set. Harding had 11 kills, and hit .444, with four blocks, while Dudgeon had six kill and five blocks. As a team, the Jennies had 11.5 block, 72 kills, and hit .239, with two aces.
In three sets against Washburn Central Missouri hit .196, with 41 kills and seven blocks. It was the first game of the season that the Jennies were held without a service ace. Sojka again had a team-high 15 kills with 10 digs and two blocks. H. Thompson recorded 11 kills, and hit .400, with four blocks. K. Thompson had 31 assists, 11 digs, three kills and a block.
Maddie Jones and Winkelmann had four kills each. Jones also had two blocks, while Winkelmann had one block and 11 digs. Reilly had 26 digs, and a perfect reception percentage off of 17 attempts.
After the weekend, the Jennies fell two places in the AVCA poll released Monday. They had 278 points total, and were ranked No. 21 for the second time this season Washburn fell two spots to No. 10, while Nebraska-Kearney was up two spots to No. 4.Â
Central Missouri JenniesSojka leads the team and is second in the MIAA in kills. She has had 3.97 kills per set, with a .219 hitting percentage this season. Sojka is also third on the squad in digs, with 2.71 digs per set. She has had 11 double-doubles this season, and has had the most kills on the team in 16 matches this season. Against Missouri Southern, she matched a career-high 26 kills, which is also the highest number of kills recorded in the MIAA this season.
Reilly averages 0.67 aces per set, which is currently the second best average in the NCAA-II. She is second in the MIAA in digs, with 5.42 digs per set, and has had only six receiving errors of off 373 attempts this season. She has tied the Central Missouri record for aces in a single match (8) twice this season.Â
H. Thompson has hit over .300 in 15 matches this season, and has had at least one block in every match. She leads the Jennies and is eighth in the MIAA in blocks, averaging 1.03 blocks per set. H. Thompson also has the best hitting percentage on the team, at .329, and is fourth in the MIAA. She has matched her blocking career-record twice this season, with seven blocks against Missouri Western and then-No. 5 Nebraska-Kearney.Â
K. Thompson is fifth in the MIAA in assists, with 10.04 assists per set. She has had 10 double-doubles this season. Jones has led the Jennies in blocks four times this season. She averages 1.98 kills per set and 2.17 points per set.
Shelby Winkelmann is second on the team in digs and aces. She has served 16 aces this season, and averages 2.82 digs per set.
Mackenzie Harding has played in 41 sets, with three starts this season. She has had 48 kills and 19 blocks.
Lauren Dudgeon has had 40 kills and 12 blocks in 19 matches this season.Â
Jennies vs. Upcoming OpponentsCentral Missouri has not played Northwest Missouri State this season, but faced  No. 4 Nebraska-Kearney and Fort Hays at home earlier this month. The Jennies swept Fort Hays State, 25-13, 25-19, 25-19, and beat Nebraska-Kearney in four, 21-25, 30-28, 25-18, 26-24.Â
Reilly tied the Central Missouri record for aces in a match against Fort Hays State. She had eight aces and 15 digs in the match. Sojka was the only Jennie break double-digit kills, with 10 kills in the match. She hit .391, and had eight digs and two blocks. H. Thompson had one less kill, and hit .444, with two blocks. Jones and
Becca Blaise had eight kills each. Jones hit .300 with two blocks, while Blaise hit .368 with 12 digs. Winkelmann had an ace and 11 digs. As a team the Jennies hit .283, with six blocks and 42 kills.
Against Nebraska-Kearney the Jennies hit .192, with a season-high 12.5 blocks, 62 kills, and four aces. Sojka had 21 kills, with 13 digs and three blocks, while H. Thompson had 16 kills, and hit .350, with an ace. She tied a career-high with seven block. K. Thompson had 44 assists, 12 digs, three blocks, and five kills. Reilly had three aces and 23 digs. Winkelmann had 17 digs, while Blaise had 13 digs.Â
Sojka has averaged 5.20 kills per set in her career versus Nebraska-Kearney, with over 20 kills in three of six matches. She has also had 4.55 digs per set. Reilly has also played six matches and 20 sets against the Lopers in her career. She has averaged 5.8 digs per set with 10 ten aces.Â

Northwest Missouri State has dropped five matches straight, most recently losing to Central Oklahoma and Missouri Southern last weekend. The Bearcats are led by Miranda Foster, who is eighth in the MIAA in kills. She averages 3.50 kills per set, and has hit .127 this season. She also plays a role on the Bearcat's defense with 2.94 digs per set. Shelby Duren is another all around player for the Bearcats, with 2.16 kills and 2.59 digs per set, and 26 aces this season. Jackie Becker is second on the team in kills, with 2.54 kills per set, and first in blocks, with 0.84 blocks per set. Setter, Sarah Dannettell is fourth in the MIAA in assists, with 10.30 assists per set, and libero Bailey Vance is tenth in the MIAA in digs with 3.84 digs per set.Â

Nebraska-Kearney beat Pittsburg State and Southwest Baptist last week, and have no lost a match since playing the Jennies on Oct. 4. The Lopers are first in the MIAA in assists and kills, and have the second best hitting percentage in the conference. The team is also third in blocks and sixth in digs. Nebraska-Kearney has several individually ranked players as well. Tara Ziegelbein is third in the MIAA in hitting percentage (.332), while Kelle Carver is fifth (.318), and Bailey Sokolowski is tenth (.229). Ziegelbein is also sixth in the MIAA in blocks, with 1.09 blocks in 55 sets. Erin Seele is second in assists, with 11.74 assists per set, and Liz McGowan is eighth in digs (4.14 digs per set).Â
Ziegelbein led the Lopers in their last match against the Jennies. She had 13 kills, and hit .321, with seven blocks in four sets. Kinslie TeKolste had the second most kills (11), and four blocks, with the only serving ace of the match. LaRose Currie finished the match with 10 kills, and two blocks. Seele had 41 assists and 23 digs. Liz McGowan had 32 digs, and a perfect reception percentage off of 26 attempts. As a team the Lopers hit .108, with 53 kills and 9.0 blocks.Â

Fort Hays State has won their last five matches, and had two four-set wins over Southwest Baptist and Missouri Southern last week. The team is fifth in the MIAA in assists, third in digs, and sixth in kills. Mallory Flagor is tenth in the conference in kills, with 3.40 kills per set. She has hit .268 this season. Libero, Keanu Bradley is third in the MIAA in digs, with 5.24 digs per set, and has had the most aces on the team (12). Callie Christensen is ninth in blocking, with 1.00 blocks per set, but has only participated in 63 of 87 sets this season.
The Jennies did not allow any of the Tigers to break double-digit kills in their last match. Flagor had the team-high kills (7), with two blocks. Sara Hewson and Rebekah Spainhour had six kills each, while Teresa Wahe, Taylor Mares, and Christensen all had three. Christensen also had three blocks in the match. Libby Ary had the most assists on the team (16), and Kristin Conor had the most digs (10). As a team the Tigers hit .120, with four blocks and 28 kills.Â
