University of Central Missouri Mules wrestling's Ayden Dolt and Jennies track & field's Rachael Molloy have been selected as the March 2025 Central Bank Student-Athletes of Month by the UCM Intercollegiate Athletics Advising Committee.

Dolt is a redshirt sophomore 149-pounder from Excelsior Springs, Mo., majoring in communications. Dolt was recently named to the 2024-25 MIAA Winter Academic Honor Roll and earned NWCA All-America Scholar accolades.

A redshirt senior thrower from Carrollton, Mo., Molloy is pursuing a graduate degree in physical education. She was recently selected to the MIAA 2024-25 MIAA Winter Academic Honor Roll. Molloy earned First Team All-America honors in the women's weight throw at the 2025 NCAA-II Indoor Track & Field Championships back in March and ranks second-best in school history in both the weight throw and hammer throw.

The student-athletes are nominated by UCM faculty members and nominations are based on the student-athletes' academic performances. Once the nominations are received, the Intercollegiate Atheltics Advising Committee selects which student-athletes will be the student-athletes of the month.
